The deal, plain and simple

Terms of Use

What you get, what I ask, and nothing hidden in the small print.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

I've never liked fine print. So here are straight questions with straight answers. Read it like a scorecard.

The deal in a nutshell

Who's behind these books?

Bruce Halloran Golf, the name on the site, the books and the membership. My inbox is business@golfbruce.com.

Will a book turn up in my mailbox?

No, nothing is posted. They're digital books in PDF, sold one by one or as a 3-book collection.

Hotmart sends the link by email. You can open your books any time at consumer.hotmart.com, logging in with your buying email.

It's a personal licence. Read and print for yourself, but don't share, resell, upload or copy them for others.

Who handles the payment?

That's Hotmart, a payment platform. It runs the checkout and it's the seller of record there.

Pay by card, PayPal or Apple Pay. Whatever price the checkout shows is the price. They've got their own terms and privacy policy.

How does the membership work, and how do I get out?

A letter by email each week: one plain rule for smarter golf on a card, and a bit more. Reply with any question.

7 days free to start. Then it's charged monthly till you cancel.

Cancel at consumer.hotmart.com whenever you like. Cancelling won't give back months already paid.

Could these tips hurt my back or knees?

Golf's physical, so get your doctor's OK before any new exercise. Anything hurts, you stop. No arguments.

It's general instruction from an old pro, not medical advice.

Will I definitely hit it further?

Can't promise that. Results vary from one golfer to the next. No promise of yards or scores.

Are those real photos of Bruce?

They're illustrations, not photos of me.

Can I copy a letter for my playing partners?

I'd ask you not to. Every book, letter, bit of text and picture belongs to Bruce Halloran Golf. It's for your own personal use.

What's the most you'd be on the hook for?

As far as the law lets me, indirect losses aren't my responsibility. My total responsibility tops out at what you paid.

And nothing here takes away the legal rights you have as a consumer.

Will these terms ever change?

They might. I'll update this page and its “Last updated” date if they do.

Who do I ask if I don't follow something?

That'd be me. Drop a line to business@golfbruce.com.

Bruce Halloran
