I'd rather hand back your money than keep it from an unhappy golfer. Each line below is one rule. No catches.
The rules on one card
- 15 days on each book, all your money back.
- 7 free days on the membership. Cancel inside them and pay nothing.
- Quit whenever you like at consumer.hotmart.com.
- Unsubscribe stops letters, not payments.
15-day promise
How long do I get to change my mind?
15 days from buying. Ask in time and you get every cent back, no questions asked.
Each purchase gets its own 15 days.
Getting it back
How do I ask for my money back?
Pick one. Hit the refund link in the email Hotmart sent when you bought. Or log on at consumer.hotmart.com and find the purchase there. Or email business@golfbruce.com, quoting the email address you paid with.
Money back
When does the money land?
It goes onto the card or PayPal you paid with. Your bank will usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
Free week
Do I pay if I cancel in the 7 free days?
Not a thing. Cancel in time and nothing gets charged.
First payment
Does the 15-day guarantee cover the membership too?
Yes, the first payment. That's what the 15-day money-back guarantee covers on the membership.
Stopping the membership
How do I quit the membership?
Log on to consumer.hotmart.com. Open the membership, then payment settings, then cancel subscription. Or email business@golfbruce.com and I'll sort it.
Letters run to the end of the month you've paid. After that, nothing more is charged.
Unsubscribe vs. cancel
Does unsubscribing stop the charges?
It only stops the letters. Cancelling at consumer.hotmart.com is what stops the payments.
Charged by mistake
I forgot to cancel. Can I get that charge back?
Get in touch within 15 days of that charge. I'll look at it, fair and square.
Mind you, that's not an automatic refund.
Past day 15
It's been more than 15 days. Any point writing?
The guarantee's done by then, so there's no promise of money. But if something's wrong, tell me anyway.
Where do refund questions go?
business@golfbruce.com, with the email you paid with.

Fair enough? Good. — Bruce
